These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Asktyx platform and services operated by Asktyx ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using Asktyx, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Asktyx provides a cloud-based ERP and accounting platform accessible via subscription. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service during your subscription period, subject to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You may not share your account credentials with third parties not authorised to access your workspace.

Subscriptions are charged on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at signup. Prices are shown excluding VAT. We may change our pricing by giving you 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment method is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be suspended and your data retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
You own all financial and business data you enter into Asktyx. We process this data solely to provide the service. You may export your data at any time. We do not use your financial data for any purpose other than operating the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
We aim for high availability but do not provide a guaranteed uptime SLA on the Starter or Growth plans. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance wherever possible. Enterprise plans include a bespoke SLA defined in a separate agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asktyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the service or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
